The By-laws are available for your review and comments. For a copy of the revisions, please email a request to Ulu4Kcc@gmail.com. Written comments will be accepted up to and through January 31, 2024 by email to Ulu4Kcc@gmail.com.  Comments may also be provided at the February meeting (date to be announced later).  The Board of Directors will review all comments and may revise or let stand the By-laws as written after the February meeting.  The final vote will be with the Board.

The By-laws were last updated in 2015 (8 years ago) and we need to update it to move forward.  An updated by-law is needed to apply for grants, to maintain 501(c)(3) status and to maintain accountability.
